Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are unable to fulfill international orders. Hopefully this will eventually change!
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping: $7.00 (free on orders $45+)
- Local delivery is free (certain zip codes apply)
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. This does not include preorders, which will be sent out with 2 weeks of the publication day.
What is a preorder?
A preorder allows you to reserve your copy before the book is released. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Preorder items will ship within 2 weeks of the release date, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way. This helps me know how many books to keep on hand! Preorders will come signed and with a goodie or two.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible at rylanne.holloway@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate cancellations before your order ships.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
